Manual or automatic placement.
Manual and automatic placement usually are inextricable linked. Repair or patches require craftsmanship. All employees are IPC-A-610 certified.
Manual assembly
Even the smallest pitch components can be placed. If a board still needs adjustments at a later stage, we ensure a good solution. Should BGA’s, LGA’s or other components need to be replaced, then this is possible and we will provide the right option.
Automatic assembly
We can automatically place components from 01005 to the biggest components or piggybacks. After scanning and putting the feeders in place the machine is able to electrically test most of the components within the set tolerance. We can populate boards up to 700mm.
